CALLAHAN'S HOTROD RANCH &

THE CALLAHAN FOUNDATION

WE ARE A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION; OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR PEOPLE IN NEED, PROMOTING CREATIVITY AND AFFODABILITY IN THE SPORT OF RACING WITHOUT COMPROMISING SAFETY.

At this time, we are only going to run three (3) categories in competition. These categories are going to be referred to as "claimers." Before you are allowed to enter the race, you will need to meet all of the requirements, rules, and regulations. Also, you will be required to sign a legal binding agreement. Anybody of legal age (18 or older) with the proper amount of cash can legally claim the vehicle within 15 (fifteen) minutes after the completion of the race.

The first claimer category will able to claim the car for $3,500 (three thousand and five hundred US
dollars). The second category will be for $5,000 (five thousand US dollars). The third category will be for $7,000 (seven thousand US dollars). The first category ($3,500) will not be allowed to compete with the second category ($5,000) and so on. That does not mean you cannot change categories. You cannot change category during the race.

Exhibition cars are welcome, and will need to meet all the safety requirements. They will run in Exhibition only, if time allows. Exhibition will not compete with other claimer cars.

It is at the sole discretion of the track management to enforce or waive these rules.
